Admission Process

  • Inquiry Form
Complete the inquiry form. We’ll contact you promptly to learn more about your student(s) and their academic and extracurricular interests, and to answer your specific questions. During this call we’ll suggest scheduling a visit to our campus.

  • Campus Tour
Your family tour will be personalized to align with appropriate grade level, interests, and academic requirements. You and your student will have scheduled time with a key member of our administration. Please allow one hour for this visit.

  • Online Application
Complete the online application. The non-refundable application fee is $55. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis while spaces are available. An online checklist for the remaining steps will be visible after you complete and submit your online application form.

  • Shadow Day Experience
We recommend that candidates for admission schedule a shadow day during the school year. Your child will be paired with one of our student ambassadors (in the grade your student is applying to enter) to experience a typical school day at The Gregory School.

  • Testing
Schedule admission testing by calling the Admission Office at 520-327-6395. Please allow one – two hours for testing.
International Students

For students who are not citizens of the United States, please contact us for instructions on how to complete the application.

Tuition & Financial Assistance Information

The application for financial assistance is separate from the application for admission, but the two application cycles do overlap. Families should seek to complete both applications simultaneously.
