HIIT is designed to increase heart rate and keep it high to get the most effective results in the most efficient way possible. To do this, participants will be alternating short periods of intense max effort exercise with less intense recovery exercise. For example, some of these workouts may include intervals of 1 minute on, 30 seconds recover, and so on for an entire circuit. While these workouts are designed to be tough, there will always be modifications available!

Kickboxing is a martial arts style cardio workout that will help improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for kicks and punches against the instructors hand and arm pad. Get your heart pumping as moves are layered into kickboxing combos!

Zumba is mix of low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Zumba combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and is sure to boost your energy levels!

End your week with a gentle yoga flow! This practice will help to build strength, flexibility, balance and focus. Yoga helps to tone and sculpt the entire body. Movements are coordinated with your breath and poses can always be modified

Bootcamp will challenge your stamina and strength through fitness stations; incorporating plyometrics, bodyweight movements, balance, strength and agility.
