Meet Your Instructors

She considers it essential to her daily routine and finds that her mood exponentially increases after getting a sweat on. This summer, she will be instructing HIIT classes (High Intensity Interval Training). If there is one thing Caroline subscribes to in the world of fitness, it is this: "It's never too late or too early to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit. You can change or stay the same; there are no rules to this thing." - F. Scott Fitzgerald. Caroline hopes that everyone who needs a fresh start to their morning, wants a change, or simply likes to feel empowered will join her for an hour of good, old fashioned work.
