• Assist with the financial audit
• Assist with form 990 preparation
• Ensure proper accounting and tracking of gifts
• Process payables
• Coordinate Financial Aid applications, awards, and budget
• Issue annual re-enrollment contracts
• Post journal entries
• Reconcile accounts
• Ensure proper tracking of prepaid items
• Maintain depreciation schedule
• Record tuition revenue, receivables, payments, and refunds
• Create faculty accrual spreadsheet and record each month
• Work with auditors to prepare annual 1099’s
• Track COI’s for all service providers
• Report individual budgets to responsible persons each month
• Assist with DASL data entry each year
• Clear all checks
• Make bank deposits
• Monitor and record credit card payments to the school
• Collect tax credit funds for financial aid recipients
• Record tax credit recommended funds
• Enter the annual budget in financial software
• Support the Director of Finance and Facilities with daily facility operations
• Support the Director of Finance and Facilities as needed
• Assist with other projects to include data entry
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office Products and willingness to learn and use various software products
• Ability to communicate with various constituents including parents, students, colleagues, contractors, and vendors
• Must be dependable and a self-starter
• Team Player with ability to be flexible
