The Registrar will serve as the primary manager of student-record information, with responsibility for providing data and analysis for the administrative team with concerns pertaining to educational policy, curricula, academic performance, and strategic planning, while ensuring the integrity of academic records.

This full-time, 12 month position is responsible for the following:

  • Developing the academic master schedule for faculty and students
  • Preparing and distributing academic curriculum guides and registration materials
  • Overseeing data entry and maintenance of the Student Information System (Powerschool)
  • Processing term grades 
  • Ensuring that students satisfy graduation and grade completion requirements 
  • Coordinating the upper school commencement ceremony and awarding of diplomas/official transcripts, etc. 

The Registrar must have exceptional data/technology skills, the ability to work well with multiple age groups and constituencies, and the flexibility in working hours to include increased volume at the start and end of school terms.
