The Gregory School is accepting applications for full-time front desk/receptionist position through July 13. Interviews will be conducted the week of July 16. Start date no later than Monday, July 30.
Job Duties include answering phones, student attendance, scheduling appointments, assisting the business office with accounting and billing, other duties as required. Must be reliable, friendly and able to multi-task. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:15pm. Competitive pay and benefits package.
This position requires a very energetic and enthusiastic person with the ability to work under pressure and multitask. He or she must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and need little supervision.
